<p>This primitive dialectic materialistic theory is in which the old ones were based to explain the phenomena of the nature, that said that everything in her was formed by 5 elements and that these had relation of creation and dominion. WOOD &#8211; FIRE &#8211; EARTH &#8211; METAL &#8211; WATER </p>
<p>Considering this principle, from the power point of view, the man is a synthesis between the Water and the Fire. </p>
<p>As it will be mentioned in the second part of the course, the health is a balance between the ancestral and adaptive axis. </p>
<p>Let us see a correlation of these elements:    <br />· The Wood and the Metal are the elements of Support and Transition     <br />· The Earth is the element of Transmutation and passage that represents the interstations of 18 days each one [1]. Next we will see a progressive enumeration of the things that we must know each uo of the elements, also like a correlation to include/understand it. </p>

<p>When finishing the section, writes down its total puntaje of Vata. For example, if you frame 6 for the first question, 3 for second and 2 for third, its total until that 2 point will be of 6 + 3 + = 11. <p>For the Ayurveda the characteristics characteristic of each person reveal their constitutional psychophysiological type (prakriti), that is to say, that includes as much mind as body; thus, when discovering the basic nature of our body-mind, we have taken the first step towards the perfect health which is to be understood to we ourself; when we include/understand what this happening in our interior no longer we let ourselves influence reason why the society believes that we would have to say, to do, to think or to feel. </p>

<p><strong>PHYSICAL TYPES OF THE AYURVEDA</strong> </p>

<p>VATA PITTA KAPHA </p>
