Foundations of the Ayurveda

ayurv The Transcendental Conscience is the source of perfect harmony and balance with the nature. The totality moving within itself creates a dynamic balance that is eternal continum of the life.

For the Ayurveda the characteristics characteristic of each person reveal their constitutional psychophysiological type (prakriti), that is to say, that includes as much mind as body; thus, when discovering the basic nature of our body-mind, we have taken the first step towards the perfect health which is to be understood to we ourself; when we include/understand what this happening in our interior no longer we let ourselves influence reason why the society believes that we would have to say, to do, to think or to feel.

The Ayurveda says that the point where the mind and the body are, the thought is transformed into matter; in that point are the three governing principles called doshas, people in charge of all the physical and mental activities of the body; a coordinated operation and the three balance of doshas sustains to the life and aid to maintain the health, its imbalance causes the decay in the body and the upheavals of the personality.

The three doshas are called Vata, Pitta and Kapha that are formed by their respective elements; Vata derives from the ether and the air, Pitta of the fire and water and Kapha of the Earth and the water. Although doshas regulates thousands of different functions in the system mind-body, fulfill three basic functions:

· ayurveda Vata is responsible for the movement.

· Pitta is responsible for the digestion and metabolism.

· Kapha is responsible for the structure.

PHYSICAL TYPES OF THE AYURVEDA

Types of dosha simple

VATA PITTA KAPHA

If dosha is much more high that the others, you are a simple type of dosha. The most representative puntaje is that in which dosha primary has the double of points that the following (for example Vata = 90, Pitta =45, Kapha = 35), but the margins but also reduced count. A true simple type of dosha presents/displays the characteristics of Vata, Pitta or Kapha of very prominent way. Dosha following will even have certain influence in its natural tendencies, but in a much smaller degree.

Two types of doshas

Vata – Pitta or Pitta – Vata

Pitta – Kapha or Kapha – Pitta

Kapha – Vata or Vata – Kapha

If there is no dosha that predominates, you are a two type of doshas. This means that you show main your two qualities of doshas, or together or of alternate way. Upper it predominates in his psicofisiológico type, but both count.

Most important he is not catalogued to be but, learning something about one same one. If we include/understand the system of the Ayurveda, and the unique type of our body, we can improve our health.
